Please join the Boise Chamber Music Series for a very special morning featuring the second-ever performance of British composer Tarik O’Regan’s new string quartet, Gradual. O’Regan will join the Alexander String Quartet on the Morrison Center Recital Hall stage to introduce his new work, which was commissioned by the Boise Chamber Music Society. After the performance, O’Regan and the Quartet will conduct a forum with the audience, answering questions and discussing their processes.

The Alexander String Quartet Plays Boise State Student Compositions
The Alexander Quartet will perform string quartets written by Boise State music composition students Rebecca Brimhall and Francis Judilla, from the composition studio of Dr. Sam Richards. The public is invited to hear the new student works and the artists’ comments and suggestions to the students.
